Non-Exclusive (Lease) License Agreement between De Gheatză (SELLER) and the person or party(BUYER) that has purchased a license for a certain instrumental (PRODUCT).

 By buying a license and downloading the PRODUCT the BUYER agrees to the following terms:

1. The BUYER shall have worldwide, non-exclusive right to duplicate, broadcast, perform publicly, and sell up to 5000 units of the PRODUCT as long as it is combined with other audio and/or video (with lyrics, in a music video, or as a soundtrack to a video).

2. The BUYER agrees to pay the SELLER the one time purchasing fee.

3. The BUYER must give credit to the SELLER on all projects where the PRODUCT is used

4. In all projects in which any credits are given the BUYER shall give credit
in one of the following formats:

5. The BUYER doesn't have the right to transfer the license of the PRODUCT to another person or party and/or re-sell the PRODUCT to another person or party. The SELLER alone has the right to sell or transfer the right to sell the PRODUCT.

6. This license is granted to the BUYER until the PRODUCT is sold by SELLER under EXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT

7. The BUYER is responsible for clearing of any sample found in the PRODUCT
