Exclusive license agreement between De Gheatză (SELLER) and the person or party (BUYER) that has purchased an exclusive license for a certain instrumental (PRODUCT)

By buying a license and downloading the PRODUCT the BUYER agrees to the following terms:

1. By purchasing with this option it grants the BUYER unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts. BUYER has full rights to record, alter, and mix the instrumental in any  way or form.

2. In all projects in which the PRODUCT is used, the BUYER shall give credit
in one of the following formats:

"Produced by De Gheatză a.k.a. The D.G.P. - dgpbeats.com"

"Produced by The D.G.P. - dgpbeats.com"

"De Gheatză Productions - dgpbeats.com"

3. This agreement also entitles the BUYER to use the PRODUCT for any and all commercial purpose, and composition. The SELLER can no longer sell or lease the PRODUCT. The BUYER alone can resell and/or transfer the license of the PRODUCT.

4. The BUYER is granted the Exclusive right to use the PRODUCT for length of his life and/or length of existance as a company, and after.

5. If the BUYER achieves commercial sells of the PRODUCT combined with other audio and/or video, the BUYER must negotiate a royalty contract with the SELLER

6.SELLER and BUYER agree and acknowledge that this agreement may not cover every situation and circumstance that may arise in the future concerning the PRODUCT. In such event, the SELLER and the BUYER agree to discuss and negotiate any such situation or circumstancein good faith, in order to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution.

7. SELLER agrees to pay a fee for PRODUCT purchased

8. The BUYER is responsible for clearing any sample found in the product
